The Triaklaxon

Diet: most are omnivores, though some pick up being just herbivores or carnivores depending on the environment. They can eat rotten foods with little to no difficulties and love the taste of strong tasting / smelling vegetables and fruits.

They were discovered by a french exploration group that had gone to a remote island off the coast of Australia


Origin of Name/Discovery:
A french explorer name Edith Francois found this creature and named it TriaKlaxon because of its three horns, since Tria is the Greek word for three and Klaxon is french for horn.


History: Triaklaxons are creatures that evolved from the dinosaur ages, having hidden under ground when the other dinosaurs were killed off. They fed off dead carcases from their ability to eat rotten things and helped with plant growing from spreading the rotten left overs around from when they were finished eating, using the smelt to attract meat eating predators that they could catch to eat themselves.


Appearance and Personality: Triaklaxons are usually docile creatures, though when threatened they will attack when given the chance. They can be easily tamed with a food offering of meat or strong smelling vegetables like onions or peppers. Though you can tame them, getting enough trust to be able to ride one takes a lot of work with getting to know the animal and knowing its sensitivities / dislikes and likes. That trust can be snapped in a half second if you harm / offend it purposely, and will go back to being like if it were wild again. They are usually very sensitive creatures and like to stay in packs with others and keep safe. Triaklaxons also have scales under their fur, which are not too much help but can keep them from getting scratched up if they go through thorny areas or get attacked by smaller animals while hunting.

Habitat: They live in hot climates, such in tropical places where there are animals and fruits / vegeables / plants to snack on since they eat a lot to keep up their energy. They can not be in cold places for long or they will grow ill quickly or go into a form of shock and go unconscious. If they are unconscious for too long they will die.


Language: They speak in all sorts of vocal sounds, mostly a mix between a meow and a moose call, having all different tones of voice for each Klaxon. Though they only usually speak when humans speak to them or they are calling out for their group to re group together from hunting or foraging, or if their is danger. They may also make cooing noises if they are happy, or growl if they are angered, and it very rare occasions they have the ability to purr and only do so with their mates.

Intelligence and Emotional Capacity: Triaklaxons are intelligent to a certain length, as they can make groups and pick out bad group members. They have the capacity to define each other and give each other ranks in a group, such as if someone deserves more respect / attention because of their physical strength or intelligence. They are sentive to harmful words and motions and do not like to be picked on, though if they get angry or feel that they need to assert dominance they might start picking on the others harshly with body movements and sounds.

Reproduction: They have their mating ritual during the winter season so their young will be born in the warmer weather. It takes three Triaklaxons to have a child, so they usually choose each other based on body type and motional capability. Females usually go for broader and heavier built males while males go for females with bigger hips and stronger shoulders and bigger defenses so that they could carry the child well. Two of the three triaklaxons will be impregnated and will carry the baby for about six to seven months, it does not matter if the triaklaxon is a male or female since both have the capability to bare children. Usually if a mate fails to bare a child they will try until it happens, but if a child is born dead then they morn over it and will not have another child for about a ear to two years tops. It is fine in the group for mates to split up, though it is usually  thing agreed apon in the three and rarely happens since they make strong emotional bounds with each other once they become mates.

Health: Triaklaxonscan get sick very easily from cold weather, though they have a strong immune system against poison or things gone bad / rotten, so the worst they could ever get from eating rotten food would be a stomach ache or a dizzy head. They heal within two weeks if they get put into cold temperatures and are pulled out in time, though if they fall unconscious for more then ten minutes of being in the cold and are pulled out it can take up to three months for them to be alright again and fit to hunt / forage. If they are wounded they will heal within three to four days, depending on how big this wound is, and they will usually have other Triaklaxon sin the group protecting and carrying for them if they are sick or injured until they are better.

Social groups: Triaklaxons live in big groups with up to twenty-twenty five Triaklaxons. They all get to know each other well and can be recognized with a certain sent and call.  Their groups consist of a mix up of females and males, and they raise their young until they are about five years of age and then send them off to makes their own big group. Triaklaxons are all usually of the same age in a group and will all die off within the same year as each other, though this doe snot include their young that get sent off at the age of five years.

Mutations + birth defects: TriaKlaxons are usually more vulnerable to being picked on if they have some sort of deformity or birth defect to them, though that just makes the parents wan to keep them in close more and proove that they are worthy members of the group by making them do a bit more dangerous tasks such as hunting bigger animals or going dangerous places. Sometimes this may kill the child, which will make the parents very sad and more then likely slip in depression, depending on how long they had the child for, and they may never have another child again if this happened, or at least not for a really long time. Though they may live and if they prove themself to the group they will be highly respected by their group and will not be picked on or spoken badly of.

Fighting / defense: Triaklaxons use the horns on their head for charging bigger prey or attackers and bite using the sharp teeth in their mouth. They are quick on their feet, though they have a bit of tunnel vision and are easily attacked form behind. Their scally skin helps with guarding from scratches or aside flung their way and they fur also helps with that. The whole group except for children / elderly / sick Triaklaxons will form a circle around he three last mentioned when they are challenged as a group, and will charge and screech to try and ward whatever offending predator comes.

Extra info: Triaklaxons Go in heat at different months, depending on the Triaklaxon, and it can be either boy or girl hwen this happens. yet again, depending on the Triaklaxon, it can become either irritable, violent, sad, softer, or the complete opposite of its personality during this time. They will not mate, though, since they wait until the cold seasons to mate, they usually just hide away separate from the group at this time to not be disturbed.

Triaklaxons Enjoy water very much, but are not natural born swimmers. They are usually taught by their parents if they live near water, and if they do live near whatever they hunt for fish instead of more land animals. Rarely, they will live on beaches and will huddle in sand near rock patches where the tide can not reach or in between the rocks with their groups, again where the tide does not rise.

Depending on their area, Triaklaxons may also decorate each other by weaving things into their fur or the such. Traklaxons that live in the woods usually use sticks, berries, leaves or anything else they can find. Ifthey live in the grass lands, they will use strands of grass, flowers, dead leaves, and whatever they can find. Living near the beaches, they use seaweed, shells, dead sea animals along with anything they can find among the beach, which can also include garbage that washes up. Triaklaxons do this to bound with each other and become more found of one another. When it has more things weaved into its fur or the such, its a sign that its well acquainted with its group and fits in very well. Parents also do this with their children to bound and get their child more used to their touch and smells.

Both male and Female can carry a baby because both can penetrate and can be penetrated. Sexual intercourse is always reserved for sure mates, and if attempted by any one other then the mate or attempted to be forced upon to a Taklaxon will result in a fearsome attack and the rest of the group attacking against the offender. Though i fthe offender does manage to impregnate the victim, it will more then likely end up as a miss carriage due to stress and fear shaken into the Triaklaxon. Usually if this happens the group will be there to support and help the victim to make sure they do not get too sad or any suicidal thoughts, along with if the victim has mates they will be by the victims side almost twenty four hours a day seven days a week, with the excuse of one leaving to go fetch them food while the other stays to comfort the victim. The comforting from the mates goes for almost all tramatic experiences, such as loosing parents or children or lose of a limb in battle.

Wha defines a female from a male is usually body shape, woman being bigger in the hips and shoulders as men being bigger in the chest and neck. Though body types can be completely different from the description, it alsocomes from the certain smell that the parent can pick up from the child after a few days which alerts it weather its a boy or gil, though it does not usually mater.
